Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we are happy to accept your return as long as the following criteria are met:
- All non-sale items must be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of delivery. Your package must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, hair-free, and can not be washed
- Include a note with the order number provided when you made your purchase

Any shipping costs associated with returning/exchanging your item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded due to a return or exchange. The use of a tracking shipping service is highly recommended as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Upon receiving your return or exchange, your item(s) will be inspected and approved based on our return and exchange policy detailed above. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. If you have requested a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm we have the size or item, you are requesting in stock.
EXCLUSIONS: Sales of made-to-order apparel items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, and leggings) and items marked as FINAL SALE are final and not returnable.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES
If your item(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com within thirty (30) days of receiving the product(s), so we can replace your item.
